Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Customerscor collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects personal information across the public website, authentication flows, hosted workspaces, support materials, and related services.

Last updated: April 16, 2026

Scope and roles

This policy applies to information processed through the Customerscor website, account creation and recovery flows, the hosted workspace, support channels, and related operational services.

Depending on the context, Customerscor may act as the organization deciding why and how account, support, website, security, and internal operational information is processed. For customer-uploaded workspace and client records, Customerscor generally acts as a hosted service provider or processor on behalf of the workspace owner, who remains responsible for the lawfulness of the underlying business data they place into the platform.

Categories of information we collect

Customerscor collects only the categories of information reasonably needed to provide the service, secure accounts, operate integrations, respond to support requests, and meet legal or contractual obligations.

+

Account and identity information such as name, work email address, sign-in credentials, and verification or password-recovery events.

+

Workspace and client information such as company profile details, client names, contact details, notes, ratings, project comments, workflow states, invoices, payment references, and other records entered or imported by workspace owners.

+

Integration and billing information such as connected service metadata from Stripe, Resend, Slack, and similar providers when a workspace enables those services.

+

Security and technical information such as browser or device details, approximate IP-based network information, session events, audit records, timestamps, and activity or troubleshooting logs.

+

Support and communications information such as messages sent to Customerscor, legal or privacy requests, and product feedback.

How information is collected

Information may be collected directly from users, automatically through the operation of the service, or from third-party services that a workspace chooses to connect.

+

Directly from users during signup, login, onboarding, settings changes, support contact, imports, and workspace activity.

+

Automatically through essential authentication cookies, local storage, session persistence, saved interface preferences, security activity checks, and server or application logs.

+

From connected services such as Stripe, Resend, Slack, or identity and infrastructure providers where the customer has chosen to activate those integrations.

Why we process information

Customerscor processes personal information to provide the service, maintain account and workspace functionality, support billing and client operations, deliver reports and email workflows, troubleshoot issues, and improve platform reliability.

We also process information to authenticate users, enforce access controls, detect or investigate suspicious activity, maintain audit trails, respond to legal or security requests, and comply with applicable law.

Legal grounds and fairness principles

Where privacy law requires a legal basis, Customerscor typically relies on one or more of the following grounds depending on context: performance of a contract or steps requested before entering into a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where consent is the appropriate basis.

We aim to follow a data-minimization approach. That means collecting only what is reasonably needed for the relevant business or security purpose, keeping it accurate where possible, and not using it in materially incompatible ways without additional notice.

Sharing, disclosures, and subprocessors

Customerscor uses specialist vendors and hosted infrastructure providers to run the service. These providers may process personal information only to the extent needed to deliver hosting, authentication, communications, storage, support, or other operational functions for Customerscor.

Customerscor does not position itself as an advertising network and does not state that personal information is sold for third-party advertising use. A current overview of the main operational vendors is available on the Subprocessors page.

+

Supabase for authentication, database storage, and backend data services.

+

Stripe for billing and payment-related connectivity where enabled.

+

Resend for outbound email delivery where managed sending or workspace-level sending is enabled.

+

Slack for webhook-based alerts and operational notifications where enabled by a workspace.

International transfers

Customerscor and its service providers may process information in more than one country. When personal information is transferred across borders, Customerscor aims to rely on appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards suitable for the applicable legal context.

Because vendor infrastructure and customer-selected integrations may span multiple regions, customers should review this policy, the Data Processing page, and the Subprocessors page when performing their own transfer assessments.

Retention and deletion

Customerscor retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, preserve account continuity, investigate misuse, maintain auditability, respond to support or privacy requests, and satisfy legal, contractual, tax, or security obligations.

Retention periods vary by data type. Active workspace content is generally retained while the account remains active. Security logs, audit events, support correspondence, backups, and deletion records may remain for a longer period where reasonably required for continuity, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

Deletion or export requests may be subject to identity verification, operational feasibility, backup cycles, legal holds, fraud-prevention needs, and other applicable exceptions.

Privacy rights and choices

Depending on the laws that apply to a user or workspace, individuals may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or complaint to a regulator or supervisory authority.

Customerscor may need to verify identity or authority before completing a request. Some requests may be limited where another person’s rights would be affected, where data must be retained by law, or where an exception otherwise applies.

A dedicated Privacy Requests page explains how to submit a request and what information helps us process it responsibly.

Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies

Customerscor currently uses essential cookies and local storage to run authentication, session persistence, remember-me preferences, interface theme settings, and session-security behavior. These technologies are part of core product functionality and are not presented as optional analytics or advertising tools at the date of this update.

A separate Cookie Notice describes the categories of cookies or local storage currently used and how they can affect product functionality if disabled.

Children and sensitive data

Customerscor is designed for business use and is not directed to children. Do not use the service to knowingly submit personal information of children where you do not have an appropriate legal basis or authorization to do so.

Customers are responsible for determining whether they may lawfully store or process sensitive, special-category, or regulated information in the workspace and for using the product in a way that complies with the privacy, confidentiality, employment, sector, or communications rules that apply to them.

Updates and contact

Customerscor may update this Privacy Policy as the service, laws, or operational practices evolve. Material updates should be reflected by revising the date shown above and, where appropriate, by providing additional notice.

Privacy questions, regulator-facing requests, or data-handling concerns may be sent to privacy@customerscor.com. General legal or commercial questions may be sent to hello@customerscor.com.
