Customerscor is a newsletter and blog run by one person. This page says plainly what is collected and why.

If you subscribe

Your email address (and first name, if you give it) is stored with Resend, the email service used to send the Briefing. It is used only to send you the newsletter and the occasional note from Ron. It is never sold, rented, or shared with sponsors. Every email has an unsubscribe link; using it removes you from the list immediately. To have your address deleted entirely, email the address in the footer of any edition or use the contact page.

If you contact me

Your message, name and (optional) email are delivered to Ron's inbox via Resend and kept only as long as needed to reply.

If you just read

The site uses Vercel Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. If advertising is switched on, Google AdSense may set cookies and collect data as described in Google's policy; you can opt out of personalised ads at adssettings.google.com.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask what is held about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Use the contact page. Requests are answered within 30 days, usually much faster.

Hosting and providers

The site is hosted on Vercel. Email is sent and the subscriber list stored by Resend. Both are reputable providers with their own privacy commitments; neither is given more data than needed to do their job.
