Terms of use
Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Customerscor website, software, hosted workspaces, support materials, integrations, and related services.
Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using Customerscor, you agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Customerscor is intended for business and professional use. You may not use the service where doing so would violate applicable law, sanctions, export restrictions, confidentiality obligations, or contractual duties owed to others.
Accounts and security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials, selecting strong passwords, and controlling access to devices where their sessions remain active.
Customerscor may suspend, challenge, log, or terminate access where misuse, abuse, fraud, or security risk is detected or reasonably suspected.
Provide accurate, current, and complete account information.
Do not share credentials or attempt to bypass access restrictions.
Notify Customerscor promptly if you believe your account or data may have been compromised.
Customer data and lawful use
Workspace owners control the client, operational, and business information that they choose to place into Customerscor. You are responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful basis, authority, notice, consent, or other valid justification required to collect, upload, import, store, or contact the people whose data you manage through the service.
Customerscor does not assume responsibility for the legality, accuracy, quality, or origin of customer-provided data. If you use the platform to send communications, you remain responsible for the content, recipient targeting, and compliance obligations that apply to those communications.
Acceptable use rules
You may not misuse the service, other users’ data, or the website. Prohibited activity includes unlawful access, reverse engineering beyond what law permits, abusive automation, scraping, malware distribution, credential attacks, fraudulent activity, or use of the service to harass, spam, deceive, or infringe the rights of others.
Do not upload or transmit unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or malicious material.
Do not use Customerscor to send communications that violate marketing, anti-spam, privacy, or consumer-protection rules that apply to you.
Do not interfere with service integrity, rate limits, security controls, logs, or other customers’ use of the platform.
Integrations and third-party services
Some product capabilities depend on third-party services such as Stripe, Resend, Slack, hosting providers, and authentication infrastructure. Those services operate under their own terms, policies, and technical constraints.
Customerscor is not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, account suspensions, credential mistakes, data entered into third-party systems by customers, or losses that arise primarily from the operation of services outside Customerscor’s reasonable control.
Fees, trials, and evolving features
Customerscor may offer free, trial, beta, or early-access functionality, and may change, pause, replace, or remove features as the product evolves. Public pricing, feature availability, and usage limits may change prospectively.
If paid services are introduced or expanded, taxes, invoicing, payment timing, and any refund treatment may be described in additional commercial terms, order forms, invoices, or pricing pages. Unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law, fees already paid are not automatically refundable.
Intellectual property and feedback
Customerscor, the website, software, branding, documentation, and related materials remain the property of their respective owners. Except for the limited right to use the service in accordance with these Terms, no license or transfer of ownership is granted.
If you submit suggestions, feedback, or ideas, Customerscor may use them without restriction or compensation unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Suspension, termination, and survival
Customerscor may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice where appropriate, if these Terms are violated, if account activity presents security or legal risk, if payments are not made where required, or if continued service would create material operational harm.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, confidentiality expectations, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute-related provisions, survive termination to the extent permitted by law.
Disclaimers
Customerscor is provided on an as-available and as-evolving basis. While we aim to operate the product responsibly, uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, third-party uptime, compatibility with every workflow, and error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
Customerscor does not provide legal, tax, employment, accounting, communications-compliance, or regulatory advice. Customers remain responsible for the rules that apply to their businesses, industries, contracts, and territories.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Customerscor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or business interruption arising from or relating to the service.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, Customerscor’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer to Customerscor for the applicable service during the period directly preceding the claim, or the minimum amount required by law where that limitation is not permitted.
Changes and contact
Customerscor may update these Terms as the product, business model, or legal environment changes. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply from the effective date shown above unless mandatory law requires a different process.
Questions about these Terms, commercial use, or contractual reviews may be sent to hello@customerscor.com. Privacy-related requests should go to privacy@customerscor.com.
