How to submit a request

Send privacy requests to privacy@customerscor.com from the email address associated with the relevant account whenever possible. If you represent a business customer or are acting on behalf of another person, include enough information for Customerscor to verify your authority.

To help Customerscor route requests correctly, identify the type of request you are making and the account, workspace, or person it relates to.

+

Subprocessor, transfer, or security questionnaire request.

Verification

Customerscor may need to verify identity, account ownership, or legal authority before fulfilling a request. Verification helps protect personal information from being disclosed to the wrong person.

If Customerscor cannot reasonably verify the requester or the scope of the request, it may ask follow-up questions before taking action.

Response timing

Customerscor aims to acknowledge privacy requests promptly and to respond within the legal timeframe that applies to the request and the requester’s jurisdiction. Some requests may take longer where the request is complex, broad, repetitive, or requires coordination with a customer or service provider.

Limits and exceptions

Some requests may be limited where Customerscor is required to retain information for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, contractual obligations, backup integrity, dispute handling, or another recognized exception.

Where Customerscor acts as a service provider or processor for a workspace owner, certain requests may need to be directed or coordinated through the relevant customer that controls the underlying business relationship and data.

Escalations and regulator contact

If you believe your request has not been handled appropriately, you may reply to the privacy contact above and ask for escalation. Depending on your location, you may also have the right to complain to a privacy or data-protection regulator in your jurisdiction.
