This page provides a high-level overview of the main third-party service providers Customerscor currently uses to host the platform, run authentication, and deliver customer-enabled workflows.
How to read this page
Customerscor uses a mix of core infrastructure providers and optional customer-enabled integration providers. A provider listed here does not necessarily process every customer’s data in every workflow.
This is a practical transparency page rather than a guarantee that no other service provider is ever used for a limited function. Customerscor may change providers, add vendors, or retire vendors as the platform evolves.
Core infrastructure
These providers support the hosted operation of Customerscor itself.
Supabase: authentication, database storage, backend services, and related hosted application infrastructure.
Vercel: website and application hosting, routing, and deployment infrastructure where applicable.
Customer-enabled workflow providers
These providers may process information only when the relevant workflow or integration is enabled by a customer or by Customerscor’s managed operational mode.
Stripe: payment, billing, invoice, coupon, and customer-billing synchronization workflows.
Resend: outbound email delivery, sender infrastructure, and email test or workflow send operations.
Slack: webhook-based team alerts, report delivery, and workspace notifications where configured.
Categories of data involved
Depending on the provider and enabled feature, subprocessors may handle account identifiers, workspace profile details, client contact information, invoice or payment metadata, email content, operational logs, and security or troubleshooting records.
Customerscor aims to share the minimum information reasonably required for the relevant provider function.
