How to upload a workspace logo and make sure it appears cleanly across your branded email flow.
Open Dashboard Settings and look for the business logo section inside workspace settings. Upload a PNG, JPG, or WebP logo and keep the file lightweight so it loads quickly in inboxes.
Once saved, the logo is tied to your workspace business settings instead of a one-off email draft. That means you do not need to re-add it every time you send.
The uploaded logo is used for branded outbound email such as saved templates, manual sends, receipts, and report emails where logo display is enabled.
If a specific template has logo display turned off, the message will still send with your business name and styling, just without the image at the top.
Use a simple horizontal logo or compact mark on a transparent or clean background. Very small text inside the logo usually looks worse in email than it does on a website.
If the wrong image was uploaded, replace it from the same settings area or remove it entirely and the workspace will fall back to the default branded header treatment.
